In 2001, Danielle and I flew to Kathmandu, and explored the diversity of culture in of Annapurna, Pokara, Assam, Calcutta, Rajasthan Desert, Bombay, Kerala, Goa and temple lands of Tamil Nadu. Once back in Canada, we presented an interactive slideshow to several schools on Vancouver Island. The goal was to educate youth about the rich diversity of culture, and empower students to become active global citizens.
